Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases but should you need to make a return we would request, that for your own protection, that they are sent to us using a recorded delivery or any method that provides proof of return.

If the goods are faulty, we will offer a full refund or send you replacement Goods which will be sent out immediately.

If for any other reason you need to return the Goods thats fine, simply pack them up let us know your reasons via e-mail enquiries@apt-icc.co.uk (please include Order/Ref Number where possible) or call us on 0800 072 3773 and provided the Goods are in their original packaging, unopened and unused we will provide a refund subjected to our Terms and Conditions and our 100% Money Back Guarantee.

All returns should be received by us no later than 14 days after they were dispatched. Please include your company name, address and telephone number so that we can refund the item. We aim to deal with all returns within 1 week.

If you have purchased goods on a bulk buy rate and you decide to return a part of the order which may then take the original order below the bulk buy rate, you will then be charged the difference.

COVID 19 Pandemic Special Notice

During this time, we are unable to offer the 100% money back guarantee as goods ordered from the infection control range any exchanges are subject to agreement.

We would ask the buyer to fully research the products based upon the information provided on our website and by calling in person to satisfy themselves of the suitability and pricing at the time of purchase. This information and pricing can vary at short notice due to supply of raw materials and market prices fluctuations which are out of our control.

Goods that are found to have a manufacturing fault on receipt by the customer or develop a fault through reasonable "WEAR AND TEAR" within a 6 week period from invoice date will be exchanged free of charge subject to inspection by APT. If after inspection the goods are found to be faulty, any carriage costs incurred by returning the faulty goods will be reimbursed in full.

In normal trading any returns of chemical products are subject to the normal trading terms and conditions.

Faulty Goods

Goods that are found to have a manufacturing fault on receipt by the customer or develop a fault through reasonable "WEAR AND TEAR" within a 6 week period from invoice date will be exchanged free of charge subject to inspection by APT. Damaged Goods

Any goods damaged in transit should be signed for as "DAMAGED". Goods should be checked immediately and in the event of any shortage, loss or damage, the company and carriers must be notified immediately by telephone, and subsequently such notification must be confirmed in writing.

Non-Chemical Products

Return of non-chemical products or special-order items. Items of equipment or fogging machines are deemed non-chemical products as special-order items. We would ask the buyer to fully research the products based upon the information provided on our website and by calling in person to satisfy themselves of the suitability and pricing at the time of purchase. Where the company agrees to exchange any items subject to fault under the normal warranty terms this will be completed without charges to the client.

Exceptional Circumstances

Where we accept returns without good reason or fault, this will be deemed by exceptional circumstance and the client must accept this will be completed and subjected to our restocking conditions and charges to cover the cost incurred by us.

Due to the pandemic we are unable to control the in some cases, where lockdown laws prevent a business from providing a service or the consumer from receiving it, the business may be able to deduct a contribution to the costs it has already incurred in relation to the specific contract in question and as we were unable to or cannot recover them elsewhere such the buying cost, transportation and duty costs.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their online order at any time for stock line products. Special orders for non-stock items can only be cancelled after agreement with APT Internet Sales. The customer is requested to contact APT Internet Sales on 0800 072 3773

If customers wish to cancel their order after the Goods have been dispatched, the Goods can be returned at the customer’s own expense.
